“Mississippi Fun District HOME” unit is the main floor  of our well-loved 1925 Vintage duplex with entrance through the front porch.  

"Mississippi Fun District GARDEN" is the sub-terra full private apartment.

Both duplex units are overflowing with character and are furnished with antiques and mid-century accents. They both have their own private entrance and are completely self-contained with their own living room, kitchen, one bedroom with queen sized beds and a bathroom. Both have new front load washter and dryer.

Both are supplied with bed linens, towels, full kitchen ware.  If you don't see a particular cookware for your favorite dish, just ask. We might have it! 

Both units share to enjoy the backyard so you can graze from the fecund garden, read a book, hang out. Enjoy your own BBQ!

Our minmum term is month to month and special rates starting with 3 month lease and then again 6-month and then 12-months.  Please inquire.
